• Individual Machine Training
Our training strategy is to concentrate on different areas that require specific knowledge to maximize the performance and reliability of the machine. The critical areas are:
1. Machine operator
2. Line supervisor
3. Machine mechanical maintainer
4. Machine electrical/electronic maintainer

Our basic training packages are available in different options:

Basic Training (Standard with machine purchase)
1. Training at the machine during the commissioning phase

Advanced Training options
1. Basic introductory training pre machine delivery
2. Classroom training during the installation phase
3. Training at the machine during the commissioning phase
4. Consolidation training after the machine is in production
5. Refresher training courses as the client desires.

New Line Training
1. Understanding the ‘line backup' areas
2. Understanding the ability to change the process speed
3. Developing better planning techniques for product change
